For Railway RRB/NTPC exams, the photo should be 200×230 pixels and between 20KB to 40KB in file size. The signature should be 200×100px and 10–40KB. Select the "Railway" preset in ExamPhotoFix for automatic settings.
Upload your signature image and check the "Remove background" checkbox in the Signature Resizer tool. ExamPhotoFix uses a threshold-based method to detect and replace background pixels, giving you a clean signature. For best results, sign on plain white paper in good lighting.
You can upload JPG, PNG, WEBP, and BMP files. The output is always JPG format (as required by most Indian government exam portals). Maximum upload size is 10MB for photos and 5MB for signatures.
If the tool shows an error, try increasing the Max KB value, or reduce the width/height dimensions. Very small original photos cannot be artificially made larger without quality loss. For best results, use a photo taken directly with your phone camera.
